Kelly Clarkson turned down ‘millions’ to avoid sharing credit with Dr. Luke

Kelly  Clarkson was so persistent on not sharing song  writing credit with Dr. Luke that she turned down the chance to win a huge total of cash in sovereignties.

In 2009, Clarkson’s name, Sony-claimed RCA, constrained her to work with the questionable music maker on the track My Life Would Suck Without You.

“Basically, they were gonna sit on my record unless I did what they wanted,” Clarkson, 35, said in an interview with radio station Z100. “I was so frustrated because I literally said, ‘Anyone in the world but this one person. I will work with anyone you want to put in my path’.”

She included, “It was just this one thing, and I asked not to work with Dr. Luke just because I had not had a good experience with him.”
