John Hillerman, Magnum, P.I.’s Higgins, dies at 84


John Hillerman, who played stuffed-shirt Higgins to Tom Selleck’s freewheeling analyst Thomas Magnum in the 1980s TV arrangement Magnum, P.I. has passed on, his nephew said Thursday. Hillerman was 84.
