Admissions Open to IHub-Data’s 6-month Student Training Program on AI/ML at IIIT Hyderabad

HYDERABAD, India, February 2025 — IHub-Data, the Technology Innovation Hub of IIIT Hyderabad, established by Dept of Science and Technology, Govt of India is offering a 24-week long weekend training course on AI/ML for UG engineering students, who are pursuing B Tech program from engineering colleges in and around Hyderabad. The classes, scheduled to be on all Sundays, require physical attendance of students at IIIT-Hyderabad Campus in Gachibowli. The 24-week program contains a judicious mix of concepts related to theory, tutorials and projects pertaining to modern AI/ML.

This is a bi-annual training program, with admission restricted to meritorious students who are motivated to learn the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The course, set to start from 04 May 2025, is aimed at providing an impetus to the career aspirations of undergraduate engineering students, by way of enhancing their competencies on identifying and solving problems related to AI and ML through a rigorous series of theory sessions and accompanying hands-on programming classes, as well. Students from any four-year engineering discipline, who are within commutable distance from IIIT Hyderabad, are welcome to join the program. The course entails a learning duration of at least three hours every week, including all sessions.
