This hands-on phase helped build strong credibility in Mumbai and shaped systems that could later scale nationally.
The post-COVID reopening phase exposed a severe manpower crisis across the hospitality industry. While customer demand returned quickly, staff availability and retention collapsed. Recognizing staffing as the single biggest bottleneck for hospitality growth, Anurag made a decisive strategic pivot. From 2023 onwards, staffing and workforce solutions became the primary focus of the organization.
To support scale, systems, and nationwide demand, Third Eye Consultancy transitioned into Anviyaa Hospitality Private Limited. This transformation enabled team expansion, multi-channel sourcing and screening, structured induction-ready hiring, and pan-India operational reach.
Over the last two years, Anviyaa has expanded rapidly beyond Mumbai and today supports hospitality brands across India, from Jammu in the North to Tenkasi in Tamil Nadu.
