ARISE launches ARISE Excellence Awards 2025….Opens applications for schools across India to showcase their contribution towards Nation Building

ARISE (The Association for Reinventing School Education) supported by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the third edition of the ARISE Excellence Awards 2025 and the first edition after attaining status as an autonomous body in Year 2024.The Awards aim to celebrate schools that are redefining school education through innovation, inclusion, and excellence aimed at Nation Building towards a Viksit Bharat 2047

The Awards aim to spotlight institutions that are redefining the future of learning through transformative practices, innovation, and inclusive excellence. Since its inception, the platform has celebrated schools that demonstrate measurable impact in improving learning outcomes, nurturing student development, and strengthening institutional ecosystems.

This year, the award categories have been expanded and diversified to reflect the evolving role of schools which would not just play the role as academic institutions, but also work as catalysts of creativity, sustainability, digital integration, future-readiness, and national heritage. Importantly, the 2025 edition introduces dedicated recognition tracks for government and private schools, promoting equitable participation.

The 2025 edition will culminate in a prestigious Awards ceremony during the ARISE National Conference on School Education, scheduled to be held on September 12–13, 2025 in New Delhi.

“FICCI is proud to support initiatives like the ARISE Excellence Awards, which not only honour outstanding schools but also spotlight scalable innovations in school education. These awards are aligned with the national goal of building a future-ready education system,” said Ms. Jyoti Vij, Director General, FICCI.

The Awards include categories such as Future-Ready SkillsExperiential LearningSportsTeacher DevelopmentTechnology IntegrationPerforming and Visual ArtsSustainability (SDGs), and Reviving India’s Knowledge Systems, among others.

“Government and private schools alike are playing a pivotal role in shaping India’s educational narrative. Through these Awards, we hope to bring forward inspiring stories of transformation that align with the larger vision of Viksit Bharat @2047,” said Mr. Praveen Raju, President, ARISE.

The Awards follow a robust and transparent evaluation process, involving eminent jury members from academia, policy, and industry, and are tabulated independently by Ernst & Young to ensure the highest standards of credibility and integrity.

“The ARISE Excellence Awards are more than a recognition platform — they are a national movement to celebrate, document and scale best practices in school education. We are particularly proud of the inclusivity of this edition and invite participation from all regions of India,” added Mr. Vinesh Menon, Director General & CEO, ARISE.

Applications are open at https://awards.ariseedu.in .The last date for submission is June 25, 2025.
