BidHelp.co Completes 1 Years: A Story of Steady Growth, Calm Leadership, and Rising Recognition

BidHelp.co, India’s first comprehensive tender management platform, has successfully completed one impactful years in the B2G space. Founded on March 8, 2024, the startup has steadily built a name for itself by simplifying the complexities of government procurement for businesses across India.

Launched under the umbrella of BizHelp Technology and Advisory Pvt. Ltd., BidHelp.co was co-founded by Amit ThakurPratap SharmaAmol Singh, and Sandeep Chauhan. What began as a vision to help SMEs participate in tenders without being bogged down by bureaucratic hurdles, has now evolved into a growing tech-enabled ecosystem with over 6,700 clients across India, a 48% year-on-year growth, and an annual revenue of ₹2.8 crore—all bootstrapped, without external funding.

“We’ve faced several challenges along the way—whether technical, regulatory, or operational—but we’ve stayed calm and focused, solving problems one at a time,” said Sandeep Chauhan, Co-founder of BidHelp.co.

Recognition at Startup Mahakumbh 2025

One of the defining moments of the platform’s second year was its participation in Startup Mahakumbh 2025, India’s premier startup showcase. BidHelp’s unique value proposition caught the attention of investors, government officials, and fellow entrepreneurs. The platform received strong appreciation for its role in enabling inclusive procurement access and was widely recognized for its potential to scale nationally and globally.

Part of a Growing Ecosystem

BidHelp.co is part of a broader digital ecosystem that includes:

  • www.bizhelp.co.in – Focused on GeM onboarding, documentation, and consulting
  • www.oemmart.in – A first-of-its-kind Verified OEM Directory connecting resellers with trusted manufacturers

Together, these platforms cater to a wide range of users including SMEs, OEMs, resellers, consultants, and manufacturers—streamlining the end-to-end government tendering process.

The Road Ahead

Looking ahead, the team aims to reach ₹7 crore in revenue this fiscal year and expand its platform features, including AI-based support, document auto-verification, OEM feedback tools, and instant quotation requests. The vision for the next two to five years includes taking BidHelp.co to global markets, supporting B2G and B2B procurement in multiple countries, and generating large-scale employment in India.

As BidHelp marks two years of growth and grit, it stands as a startup that has quietly but confidently built trust, scaled operations, and carved a space for itself in one of the most complex segments of the Indian economy—government procurement.
