Bosscoder Aims to Close India’s AI Talent Gap with Industry-Focused GenAI & ML Engineering Program

New Delhi, India — As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the technology landscape, India is facing a growing shortage of engineers capable of building production-grade AI systems. While interest in generative AI has surged, companies are increasingly seeking professionals who can go beyond experimentation and contribute to real-world applications.

Addressing this gap, Bosscoder Academy has launched its Advanced GenAI & ML Engineering Program, a nine-month initiative designed to prepare software engineers and data professionals for roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, Generative AI Engineer, and AI Architect.

The demand for AI talent is rising rapidly across industries, driven by the adoption of systems like recommendation engines, fraud detection platforms, AI copilots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications. However, despite growing awareness of AI tools, the availability of engineers who can design and deploy such systems remains limited.

Bosscoder’s program aims to bridge this gap by combining machine learning fundamentals with modern generative AI engineering practices. The curriculum focuses on enabling learners to build end-to-end AI systems, integrating models, data pipelines, and production infrastructure.

Commenting on the launch, Manish Garg, Cofounder of Bosscoder Academy and former Data Scientist at Samsung, said:

“There is a clear gap between what companies expect from AI engineers and what most professionals are trained for. It’s no longer enough to understand models or experiment with tools in isolation. Companies need engineers who can build complete AI systems that work in production.”

The program covers machine learning, deep learning, transformers, generative AI systems, agentic AI development, and MLOps, along with real-world use cases like RAG pipelines and AI agents.

Designed for working professionals, it includes live classes, structured assignments, mentorship from industry practitioners, and placement assistance.

Bosscoder Academy has previously focused on career transitions for tech professionals. According to its independently verified Outcomes & Placement Report, 91% of learners successfully transitioned to new roles with improved compensation.

With this launch, Bosscoder aims to expand into the rapidly growing AI training space and prepare engineers for the next generation of AI-powered systems.
