“Daughter of India,” dedicated to serving India even while living in America, becomes a ray of hope for people with disabilities

New Delhi / Mumbai:-It is said that true patriotism knows no boundaries. Navya Pathak, a daughter of India who is committed to continuously doing something positive for India even while living in America, has once again proven this. Navya Pathak, co-founder of the US-based NGO The Ramp Project, has brought glory to the country by undertaking a commendable, sensitive, and inspiring initiative for disabled citizens and para-athletes in India.

Under Navya Pathak’s leadership, The Ramp Project has constructed a modern ramp at the Veer Savarkar Sports Complex in Ahmedabad, keeping in mind the facilities for disabled athletes. With the installation of this ramp, para-athletes will now be relieved of the physical barriers they faced while entering the sports complex. Where previously the athletes faced great difficulties with their wheelchairs, they can now enter the sports complex with confidence, dignity, and ease.

Not only that, the organization has also constructed a ramp outside a public toilet in the Devjipura area, providing convenience to disabled citizens in their daily needs. This initiative fulfills the organization’s core objective of “Access for All.”

Even while living in America, Navya Pathak’s heart always beats for India. She believes,

“If we can make the lives of our people in our country a little easier, even while living abroad, that is the greatest achievement.”

Her thinking and work style have become an inspiration for thousands of young people today. Navya Pathak is not only a social worker, but she is also a representative of that new generation that prioritizes humanity, inclusion, and equal rights, rising above resources, boundaries, and facilities.

Para-athletes associated with the sports world and local citizens have expressed their gratitude to Navya Pathak and her organization for this initiative. The players say that such facilities make them feel respected and give them the self-confidence to move forward.  Undoubtedly, daughters like Navya Pathak are proving that India’s identity on the world stage is being forged not just through words, but through service and actions. This young woman, who thinks and works for India even while living in America, is a source of pride for the entire nation.
