Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson “modestly and charitably” acknowledged his Razzie Award.
The Golden Raspberry Awards – otherwise called the Razzies – commend the most exceedingly terrible films that Hollywood brings to the table and Johnson’s ‘Baywatch’ reboot was named so awful that a fresh out of the box new classification must be made to respect the motion picture.
In a video presented on Instagram, Johnson acknowledged the honor and he said that they attempted to make ‘Baywatch’ with the “best aims”.
He stated: “It’s Oscar Sunday, I’m super pumped and very proud of my buddies who are nominated. I’m pulling for you guys to bring home the gold.
“I’m also excited because I was just informed that I too am bringing home the gold tonight, no not an Oscar, but maybe one day, but a Razzie.
