New Delhi. 03rd September 2025: Electrotech Pvt Ltd, and KNY Projects Pvt Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop and commission upto 200 MW of solar photovoltaic power plants across India. MoU states that Electrotech will supply advanced solar modules, inverters, and other core equipments & as a System Integrator they will manage procurement and logistics whereas the KNY Projects will lead as Developer & Independent Power Producer (IPP) overseeing project development, EPC execution and long-term operations. The Occasion witnessed the presence of Adarsh Ladda, Director, Electrotech (P) Ltd, Ravi Yadav, Managing Director, KNY Projects (P) Ltd, Shaurya Yadav, Executive Director, KNY Projects (P) Ltd and Ujjwal Ladda from Electrotech
Adarsh Ladda, Director, Electrotech (P) Ltd, noted, “It reflects our shared commitment to deliver large-scale renewable projects that meet India’s ambitious energy goals. By pooling our technical strengths and logistical capacity, we aim to ensure timely project delivery and long-term operational reliability.”
Ravi Yadav, Managing Director, KNY Projects (P) Ltd, stated, “KNY Projects is honored to lead this initiative as Developer & IPP, ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence while catalyzing growth in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.”

Ujjwal Ladda from Electrotech mentioned that the plants are expected to generate over 360 million kilowatt-hours annually and are targeted for commissioning over the next 18–24 months, contributing to India’s 500 GW renewable energy capacity target by 2030.
