Find Out How Sidanta Goggate Is Changing India’s Fertility Rate With Yoga & Vedas

Pune, Maharashtra (India), October 17, 2024: Fertility rates have taken a massive hit, and it’s not just about the sperm and eggs anymore – there are many aspects impacting this decline. However, a woman from Amchi Pune is gearing up to change this reality for many trying couples. Sidanta Goggate, with her knowledge of ancient wisdom and present-day understanding, has been helping Indian couples navigate the complex path of reproductive health and conception.

That’s When Sidanta Goggate Started Helping Couples

Sidanta began her path as a Pranic healer and yoga trainer, but it was her interactions with couples dealing with fertility issues that eventually brought her down a new pathway. After achieving Omkar Deeksha, she became interested in the issue of men and women facing reproductive health challenges.

Sidanta was moved by the difficulties they faced and how much it had impacted their lives and various relationships, so she made it her sole purpose to help these couples achieve natural conception. “I realised that many couples were not just dealing with physical challenges, but also emotional and spiritual ones,” she shares. “My approach to this problem involves the body, mind, and spirit as conception is a multifaceted process.”

Sidanta, along with her team, has had extraordinary success, assisting over 100 couples in conceiving naturally, even after several miscarriages, IVF/IUI failures, and unexplained infertility. Their methodology focuses on addressing underlying health issues that may contribute to infertility rather than solely targeting symptom management. This approach has proven particularly effective in complex cases:

  • A 35-year-old patient with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) conceived naturally after three failed IVF cycles.
  • A 33-year-old woman with hypothyroidism gave birth to a healthy baby following three previous miscarriages.
  • A couple in their late 30s overcame male factor infertility (low sperm count) and vaginismus to achieve natural conception.

“Our ancient scriptures contain profound insights into fertility and healthy conception,” Sidanta explains. “We’re rediscovering and applying age-old knowledge to help couples today.”

Sidanta’s work focuses on the pre-and post-natal coaching phase, helping couples prepare holistically for parenting. This preparation involves both medical and spiritual healing, addressing the root causes of infertility rather than just the symptoms.

How Sidanta Goggate Has Broken Infertility Loop?

In July 2024, Sidanta conducted a highly successful Fertility retreat in Bengaluru, Karnataka and Himachal. Building on this success, a larger, all-inclusive retreat is planned for December 2024 in Pune.

Her method extends beyond conception and covers pre- and post-natal coaching. “We are not just helping couples conceive, but we are supporting them in bringing a healthy, conscious child into the world,” she reflects. This notion is consistent with the traditional practice of garbha sanskar, which focuses on the mental and spiritual growth of the unborn child.

Sidanta’s work has been featured on highly regarded platforms such as @mumbai_uncensored, Josh Talks, and Pudhari, a popular news media outlet in Maharashtra. These appearances have raised awareness about the effectiveness of age-old yogic and Vedic methods in addressing modern fertility concerns.

Her services include workshops, retreats, online group sessions, and one-on-one consultations. She hosts special online meditations for pregnant women and couples trying to conceive during auspicious times like full moons and Putrada Ekadashi. Additionally, she offers a global online program called ‘Garbha Daan’ focused on pre-conception preparation and holistic fertility support.

“There is a way to achieve healthy conception and pregnancy,” Sidanta affirms. “Our traditional knowledge, combined with the understanding of today’s lifestyle, can help couples overcome fertility challenges, make them feel the joy of parenthood.”

Sidanta lives by the slogan, ‘Let’s create a generation of goodness’. She believes that supporting couples in conceiving and raising healthy, conscious children will contribute to a brighter future for the country.
