Freebies & Promotions on 2015 Tax Day

No one like to pay tax, so here’s the day where you can get all your stuff without paying tax. Here are few promotional offers and freebies which you can grab.

Boston Market. In honor of Tax Day, Boston Market will offer a buy one Individual Meal and get a second Individual Meal for free (including their new Slow Braised Pulled Pork meals) on Wednesday, April 15 only. This offer applies to dine-in and carry-out purchases and no coupon is required.

Free chips and queso. OK, there’s a catch. You have to say “Taxes Shmaxes” to the cashier at California Tortilla locations when you place your order April 15, but after that, the chips and queso are on the house.

Bruegger’s Bagels. Bruegger’s Bagels is once again giving guests its annual Tax Day break on its Big Bagel Bundles. April 11-15, Big Bagel Bundles are just $10.40 – about a $3.50 “deduction” – for guests who are members of Bruegger’s Bagels’ email club and those who sign up for the program by April 9. Guests who sign up for the eClub also will receive a free bagel with cream cheese and other valuable offers throughout the year.

Free shaved ice. Kona Ice plans to show up at post offices, tax prep centers and near business locations across the country April 15, to hand out free cups of its tropical shaved ice. Yes, it will hand out Hawaiian leis with the shaved ice. The best way to find a truck near you is to tweet @KonaIce with your exact location.

Great American Cookie. Stop by a participating Great American Cookie location on April 15 and you’ll be treated to a free sugar cookie. No purchase is necessary and there’s a limit of one per customer.

Buy one, get one meal. Boston Market offers this deal: Customers who buy one Individual Meal get a second Individual Meal for free — including the new, Slow Braised Pulled Pork and Rotisserie Chicken Platters (which includes choice of two sides and cornbread).

Hard Rock Cafe. Hard Rock guests can end Tax Day on a high note with free Local Legendary(tm) Burgers for those willing to take the stage and Sing for their Supper! This April 15, guests who visit select Hard Rock Cafe locations across the country and sing a song on the cafe stage will receive a free Local Legendary Burger.

McCormick & Schmick’s. McCormick & Schmick’s will be extending Happy Hour throughout the evening on April 15th and for Landry’s Select Club members will receive a $10.40 refund on tickets over $75.
