Genovation Solutions secures pre-seed funding to power the sub-continents first cost effective next-Gen Privacy First AI Platform

National, 17^th September 2025: Genovation Technological Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering deep-tech startup, who has developed the subcontinent’s first cost-effective, Privacy First AI proprietary platform, today announced the successful close of its pre-seed funding round, raising $150,000 at a $6 million valuation. The round included participation from six individual investors and one foreign institutional investor, reflecting strong confidence in the company’s vision and growth potential.

 

The funds will be used to enhance product development, scale the team, expand market presence and invest in R&D, enabling Genovation to deliver cutting-edge Agentic AI solutions that transform industries, improve efficiencies, and drive better decision-making.
