“Breaking Bad” fans should give more than two clucks about this one.
Gus Fring’s infamous chicken chain “Los Pollos Hermanos” is coming to New York City for two days and two days only next month to promote the blasted-face villain’s appearance on an upcoming episode of spinoff “Better Call Saul,” which premieres its third season April 10.
Fring’s Albuquerque restaurant served as headquarters for both his chicken and meth empires on AMC’s critically-acclaimed series. The pop-up New York City version will be located at 243 Pearl St. April 9-10 and while the exact menu hasn’t been released, prior pop-ups in Texas and Los Angeles (photos featured above) served burgers, fries, tacos, breakfast and burritos.
Go inside a 360-degree view of the spot, see “Better Call Saul” actor Michael Mando, and hear the voice of “Breaking Bad” creator Vince Gilligan:
The restaurant didn’t actually serve a chicken dinner, but like DEA Agent Hank Schrader says on the show: “We’re not here for the chicken.”

It’s not clear if any of the series’ stars will grace the pop-up with a visit, but Bob Odenkirk (who plays Saul Goodman) and Giancarlo Esposito (who starred as Gus Fring in “Breaking Bad”) signed autographs and greeted fans when it showed up in Austin at SXSW.
The third season of the “Better Call Saul” premieres on AMC on April 10 at 10 p.m.
