India & International Cake Magazine Awards 2025 Make History in Delhi

Delhi, India – The capital shimmered with sugar, sparkle, and international cake stardom as India witnessed its first-ever International Cake Awards on the glittering evening of April 11th, hosted by the India & International Cake Magazine (IICM) – which has been a pioneer in the cake industry in India.

An evening that celebrated edible art, the awards brought together the world’s finest cake artists, global culinary icons, and some of India’s best chefs under one roof for a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and international collaboration like never before.

A Global Runway for Sugar Art

This historic event featured a star-studded jury of 15 globally acclaimed artists, who came in from around the world, including:

Celebrated baker and author Shivesh Bhatia also attended the event and added his charm to the evening. He was honored with a special award for his outstanding contribution to modern baking and content creation, further raising the glamour quotient of the evening.

“What we witnessed tonight wasn’t just an award show; it was a celebration of sugar craft,” said Tina Scott Parashar, the visionary behind the awards and Editor-in-Chief of India & International Cake Magazine. “India has arrived on the global cake art map, and this is only the beginning.”

Tina is an industry icon, mentor who has devoted herself to bringing Indian cake artists on an international stage. With accolades including the Hall of Fame Award (2025) by D’licious Magazine, Exceptional Achievement in Edible Art (Russia), and being a judge for Cake International UK, the world’s biggest cake show, Tina continues to inspire an entire generation of sugar artists all over the country.

“The stage we built tonight isn’t just for India—it’s for the world to look at us, collaborate with us, and rise together,” Tina said during her keynote.

Her viral life-size edible displays have already captured media attention worldwide, and her leadership with the India & International Cake Magazine Awards cements her position as a pillar of the edible art community in India.
