India: “My name is Umar Khalid but I’am not a terrorist” says JNU student

Jawaharlal Nehru University study Umar Khalid alongside four different students surfaced at the University complex late Sunday night, where he tended to fellow students outside the organization square. The Delhi Police, who have issued a Lookout Circular for the five students, reached at the campus but however were not permitted to enter as they require authorization from the Vice Chancellor. “We will hold up outside the grounds in the event that they need to surrender,” a cop said.

The five students are confronting charges of sedition for supposedly raising what the Delhi Police terms ‘hostile to national’ trademarks amid a challenge occasion held against the hanging of Parliament assault convict Afzal Guru.
