inDrive recognizes its top 10 drivers in India

9th October 2024, New Delhi – inDrive, the global mobility and urban services platform, recently recognized and rewarded the top 10 drivers on its platform in Delhi NCR.

The company invited the 10 drivers who have completed the most trips since early 2024 to acknowledge their contribution, presenting them with gifts including fuel cards, customized license plates, and more.

inDrive also took this opportunity to discuss the drivers’ experiences of using the platform, along with the challenges and opportunities that confront them in doing so.

“To say that we value the drivers who use our platforms is an understatement,” says Pavit Nanda Anand, APAC Communications Lead, inDrive. “Without them, there would be no ride-hailing service. So we want to ensure that we provide them with the best possible conditions and support. Dialogue is essential to this process, as it helps us to understand what our drivers really need and want.”

The company has previously highlighted the best performers using its app, as well as testing out loyalty programs and training to support them. Now, inDrive is developing a unified approach to working with its driver-partners. The company is improving platform efficiency to ensure stable earnings, and looking into establishing new, permanent loyalty programs.

“From the outset, we’ve set out to charge the lowest service fees so that our drivers keep more of their earnings. We also give them greater freedom of choice;  the app enables them to choose which rides they want to accept or decline without penalties, as well as when and where they want to work. Now we’re looking to build on that foundation” added Pavit Nanda Anand.
