On the off chance that one thing bothers Kathy Griffin about Monday’s declaration that Ryan Seacrest will be Kelly Ripa’s co-have on ABC’s “Live!” it’s that she can’t be irate about it.
“The truth I’m ashamed to admit is that Ryan and I have become frenemies in the last few years,” said Griffin, who’s hosting Sunday’s AIDS Walk NYC. “I actually think Ryan’s going to be great at this and I think Kelly definitely wanted to pick someone she was comfortable with. And as much as I love to give Seacrest crap, he is easy to work with.”
