Kavya Khasa Turns 6: Young Star Shines with Devotion, Community Service, and Cultural Values

Kavya Khasa, the child Actor and influencer celebrated her birthday on 29 July. She was celebrating her sixth birthday, what was fascinating to see was, she celebrated her special day with devotion and spirituality.

Mostly everyone all the kids celebrate their birthday by doing party, but instead of following them, Kavya chose devotional path. Kavya Khasa organized a Sundarkand Paath and a Bhandara in her surrounding. This was a very good gesture to do devotion as well as community service.

Sundarkaand Paath is a devotional reading of an important chapter from the grand epic Ramcharitamanas. It is written by Saint Tulsidas. The chapter tells us the story of Lord Hanuman’s journey to Lanka, his meeting with Maa Sita and his actions to help Lord Ram. This chapter is called as “Sundarkaand” because it is full of strength, devotion and hope. The word Sundar means beautiful.

People perform Sundarkaand Paath to bring peace and positive energy into their homes, they ask for strength and courage from Lord Hanuman, it also helps in removing obstacles and get blessings for health, wealth and success. This Paath is usually done by a preist or a family member. After that it is followed by aarti and prasad. Many families also organize a Bhandara. Kavya’s family organized a Bhandara, where food was served to everyone as an act of kindness and sharing.

Parents of Kavya are entrepreneurs, her father Sandeep Khasa is the founder of Stiff Security General Services Private Limited. Kavya’s mother, Ruby Khasa is the owner of Estella Style Salon. Her salon is well-known salon in the city. The teachings Kavya gets is from her parents, they are teaching her right values, giving proper information of India’s culture.

Despite only being six, Kavya is very smart and is already popular on social media. She has managed to capture attention of many people with her charming cute personality, discipline and grace. What makes her even more attractive is that she is the same, both on and off screen.

Her choice to celebrate her birthday in this way defines how grounded she is and how much devotee she is. She has absorbed the cultural values and family teachings really well. Kavya is indeed a role model for all the young children.
