KEC Agritech Showcases Groundbreaking Franchise Model for Sustainable Agriculture at Franchise India 2025

KEC Agritech proudly participated in Franchise India 2025, a premier two-day exhibition held on 17th and 18th May at the iconic Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Sector 25, Dwarka, New Delhi. The event brought together a diverse spectrum of investors, entrepreneurs, and agricultural visionaries from across the nation.

At the exhibition, KEC Agritech unveiled its innovative franchise model for modern agro-input outlets, which aims to redefine the rural agri-retail landscape. Designed as comprehensive agricultural service centres, these outlets are more than just sales points—they are envisioned as multi-dimensional support hubs for farmers, integrating technology, sustainability, and accessibility.

Speaking on the occasion, KEC Agritech’s CEO, Mr. Jitendra Narayan, emphasized the broader vision behind the initiative. “Our offerings are not merely agro-inputs; they are integrated, sustainable solutions designed to support every aspect of farming. This initiative is a manifestation of our core principle—Farm, Farmer, Farming—which focuses on addressing all agricultural needs under a single roof,” he said.

The franchise model will enable agri-entrepreneurs to provide an extensive range of products and services including:

Eco-friendly, bio-based agro-inputs that support sustainable agriculture

Drone-enabled spraying services for water-soluble fertilizers and agrochemicals

Free soil testing facilities to ensure accurate and timely nutrient management

On-site services such as health insurance, electric vehicle support, financial credit assistance, farmer training programs, and access to agricultural literature—all offered at no cost to farmers

These franchise outlets will be established at both district and tehsil levels, enabling robust last-mile connectivity and agricultural transformation in rural and semi-urban India.

Mr. Narayan further highlighted the entrepreneurial potential of the initiative, stating, “This model offers opportunities to nearly 2,000 young agri-entrepreneurs across the country. With investment plans ranging from INR 25 lakh to INR 1 crore, the model is scalable and inclusive. The expected Return on Investment (ROI) is projected within 2 to 3 years, depending on operational dynamics.”

With this visionary approach, KEC Agritech aims to empower farmers, promote environmentally responsible practices, and build a resilient, future-ready agricultural ecosystem across India.
