Nikki Bella says she “forgot how to breathe” during John Cena’s proposal.
The 33-year-old wrestler and reality star said on Wednesday’s scene of Watch What Happens Live that she was energized however not totally shocked when Cena popped the question Sunday at WrestleMania 33.
“There was a lot of speculation. But his mom was sitting front row — the first time she’s ever been to a live wrestling event in over 16 years. So I was like, ‘Oh, maybe this is for me!’” Bella recalled.
