This year’s theme “Mindful Well-being: Transforming Stress into Strength, Productivity, and Positivity”, perfectly aligns with the work of Nehal VRK, a leading counsellor, author, and mental health advocate from South Delhi.
Founder of PurpleNest Counselling, located in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Nehal VRK has dedicated her life to helping individuals and families navigate emotional challenges and rediscover balance. With over 20 years of experience in public service, she brings both compassion and expertise to her counselling practice.

The book presents a holistic framework that integrates diet, yoga, alternative therapies, and naturopathy, empowering readers with practical strategies to live a healthier, more balanced life.
