Raju Singh Panesar Creates a Musical Storm in 18 Hours for Zorr

In an industry where composing a film song can take weeks, music maestro Raju Singh Panesar has pulled off a rare creative feat — composing, recording and delivering a full-fledged horror-comedy track in just 18 hours. The song is part of the upcoming film Zorr, produced by Kan Singh Sodha under KSS Productions & Entertainment Private Limited and distributed pan-India by UFO Pictures.

Panesar, whose career spans decades, is known for composing background scores for over 100 films and contributing to more than 500 projects across cinema, television and digital platforms. His notable work includes films like Ek Villain, Half Girlfriend, Khichdi: The Movie, Pankh and Dial 100 — projects where his music became an invisible storyteller, amplifying emotions and tension. That deep reservoir of experience enabled him to trust instinct over process and create magic under pressure.

The track features an eclectic vocal ensemble with Leslee Lewis, Raju Singh Panesar, Mujtaba Aziz Naza, Pinky Maidasani – Peacock, Kan Singh Sodha and Himanshu Chowdhary, giving the song its layered personality. From edgy energy to playful madness, each voice adds a distinct colour, perfectly aligning with Zorr’s horror-comedy temperament.

The lyrics are penned by Dr. (Hon) Anusha Srinivasan Iyer, while music production is jointly helmed by Himanshu Chowdhary and Raju Singh Panesar, ensuring sonic finesse despite the lightning-fast timeline. What emerged is a track that feels spontaneous, raw and alive — spooky yet humorous, chaotic yet controlled.

Producer Kan Singh Sodha sums it up perfectly, saying,

“Raju Singh’s speed is not just about working fast — it’s about working from instinct. When you’ve lived music the way he has, creativity becomes second nature. Watching him create an entire track in 18 hours was nothing short of extraordinary. This song captures the soul of Zorr — fearless, mad and unapologetically original.”

Blending desi madness with eerie undertones, the song mirrors the spirit of Zorr — a film that dares to mix fear with laughter and rewrite genre rules. With this record-breaking creation, Raju Singh Panesar once again proves why he remains one of the most formidable forces behind Indian background scores and film music.
