Renowned Film Director Altaf Dadasaheb Shaikh Makes Musical Debut

Altaf Dadasaheb Shaikh, a name synonymous with cinematic brilliance, is venturing into uncharted territory yet again. Widely acclaimed for his directorial prowess, lyrical finesse, and storytelling acumen, Shaikh is now set to captivate audiences in a new avatar – as a music director.

The announcement came as a delightful surprise to fans and industry peers alike when Shaikh took to social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to share his latest venture. Having already etched his name in the annals of cinema with notable works like “Veda B.F.”, Shaikh now aims to conquer the realm of music with equal fervor and innovation.

His 2018 magnum opus “Veda B.F.” not only enthralled audiences but also secured a coveted spot in the World Book of Records, courtesy of its soul-stirring soundtrack, notably the track “Hey Maze Durvesh Baba”. The movie soared high at the box office, cementing Shaikh’s reputation as a multifaceted creative force in the industry.

For his upcoming project, “Lori,” Shaikh has donned multiple hats, serving as both lyricist and music director. Collaborating with Sudhir Kumar Hazeri from Lucknow, Shaikh brings forth a melodic tapestry that promises to tug at heartstrings and elevate cinematic experiences.

A stellar lineup of vocal talents graces the soundtrack of “Lori,” with renowned singers such as Suresh Wadkar, Urmila Dhangar, Swapnil Bandodkar, Priyanka Barve, and Anjali Gaikwad lending their voices to Shaikh’s compositions. Presented by Sai Ram A Creative World and produced by Avinash Kavthankar, the film is helmed by director Raju Revankar.

The cinematic ensemble boasts a diverse array of talents, with stalwarts like DOP Kumar Dongre and a seasoned production team ensuring a visual and auditory treat for audiences.
