Renowned Filmmaker Ayesha Zaki & Bollywood Star Arbaaz Khan Reunite for Social Awareness Film

Acclaimed filmmaker, producer, and now debut actress Ayesha Zaki is once again making headlines as she teams up with Bollywood star Arbaaz Khan for a compelling and socially driven short film, Safe Community Safe World . This evocative bilingual production—shot in both Hindi and English—delivers a hard-hitting message on an often-overlooked issue: the safety of sanitation workers and stray animals.

Produced and directed by Ayesha Zaki under her banner Tinsel Town Films, the film not only marks her directorial finesse but also introduces her as a powerful on-screen presence. With Arbaaz Khan joining her on screen, this collaboration brings star power and credibility to a cause that demands urgent attention.

A Story That Cuts Deep – Literally and Figuratively

Written by Rashmi Zafran , Safe Community Safe World draws attention to the real dangers posed by carelessly discarded sharp objects—like broken glass—in public spaces. These seemingly small acts of negligence have dire consequences, especially for sanitation workers and stray animals, who suffer silently in the shadows of our cities.

The story explores this reality through emotionally charged storytelling, brought to life by a talented cast including Arman Khan, Manas Vilas, Mandy Walia , and rising child star Lyra Singh . With Anees Abdul Azeem as Director of Photography, the film boasts visual richness that complements its serious message.

Ayesha Zaki: From Real-Life Activist to On-Screen Advocate

Dubbed the “OTT Queen,” Ayesha Zaki is known for pushing creative boundaries through socially relevant cinema. This time, she goes a step further by embodying the role of a social activist on screen—mirroring her real-life passion for advocacy and change.

“This film isn’t just a creative endeavor—it’s a mission,” says Zaki. “As someone who has worked on the ground as a social activist, I felt an urgent need to spotlight the invisible lives affected by our daily habits. This is a heartfelt call-to-action, and I’m honored to share the screen with the incredible Arbaaz Khan to bring this message to life.”

Building on a Legacy of Impactful Cinema

Following the critical success of her earlier award-winning film The World is in Our Hands , Zaki continues to use storytelling as a catalyst for social awareness. With Safe Community Safe World , she invites audiences to reflect, reconsider, and reimagine their role in building a more compassionate and responsible society.

The film’s official release date and streaming platforms will be announced soon, but buzz is already building across media and film circles. Expect powerful performances, a stirring message, and a cinematic experience that lingers long after the credits roll.

Join the Movement

Safe Community Safe World is more than a film—it’s a movement. A reminder that safety, empathy, and responsibility begin with us.
