Ahmedabad, April 25, 2025 –

In a significant stride towards advancing orthopedic education and awareness, Dr. Piyush Damor, renowned orthopedic surgeon and founder of OrthoElite, successfully organized a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program focused on Robotic Knee Replacement Surgery. The event, held in East Ahmedabad, witnessed an overwhelming response with over 150 general practitioners in attendance.

The CME aimed to bridge the knowledge gap regarding the latest advancements in knee replacement surgery, particularly the role of robotics in enhancing surgical precision, patient recovery, and long-term outcomes. Dr. Damor, an expert in advanced arthroplasty and robotic knee replacement techniques, led an engaging and insightful session, highlighting the transformative impact of robotic systems in modern orthopedic practice.

During the session, Dr. Damor discussed the advantages of robotic-assisted knee replacement, including superior implant alignment, reduced postoperative pain, faster recovery, and longer implant lifespan. He also shared live case studies, patient outcomes, and addressed common myths and misconceptions surrounding robotic surgeries.

The program provided general practitioners with valuable insights, enabling them to better counsel their patients about cutting-edge treatment options in orthopedics. Attendees appreciated the interactive nature of the session and commended OrthoElite’s initiative in bringing such advanced learning opportunities to the local medical community.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Piyush Damor said,

“At OrthoElite, our vision is to empower healthcare professionals with the latest innovations in orthopedic care. Robotic surgery is not the future — it is the present, and it is revolutionizing the outcomes for patients undergoing knee replacement.”
