She currently serves as the Corporate Communications Head at a leading manufacturing group, where she leads brand reputation, leadership narratives, internal and external communications, and thought leadership initiatives.

An engineer by education and a communicator by evolution, Tejaswi’s career reflects her belief that anyone can rewrite their path at any stage of life. Her transition from a technical background to a storytelling-driven career continues to inspire her mission of helping others find clarity and confidence in their voice.
