Bonnie Tyler will sing her iconic hit, “Total Eclipse of the Heart,” during the actual total solar eclipse taking place today.
Tyle will perform the 1983 song alongside Joe Jonas’ band DNCE as part Royal Caribbean’s special “Total Eclipse Cruise.”
“I’m on this amazing ship called the Oasis of the Seas and we’re going to pass right through the totality area a little later on,” Tyler said live from the cruise ship on “GMA.” “We’ll all be wearing our funny glasses of course and we’ll see the total eclipse.”
Tyler said she is thrilled to sing the song.
