Q . Pranic healing has generated a lot of interest among people. So what is Pranic Healing?

A. Pranic Healing is a form of energy healing that uses prana, or life force, to cleanse and energize the body’s energy field. It involves non-touch techniques to balance and harmonize the body’s energy, promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Q. How did you get interested in Pranic Healing?

A. I’ve always been drawn to meditation since childhood, finding peace and clarity in the practice. It became a cornerstone of my well-being, guiding me through life’s challenges. When I discovered Pranic Healing, it felt like a natural extension of my meditative journey. The concept of using prana, or life force, to heal and balance the body’s energy resonated deeply with me. It opened a new dimension of holistic healing, enhancing my understanding of energy and its profound impact on health. Embracing Pranic Healing has enriched my spiritual practice, deepening my connection to the subtle energies within and around me.

Q . As far as you have seen, what sort of physical and psychological ailments can benefit from Pranic healing?

A. From what I’ve seen, Pranic Healing can benefit a variety of physical and psychological ailments. Physically, it has been used to alleviate chronic pain, respiratory issues, gastrointestinal disorders, and skin conditions. Psychologically, it can help manage stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional imbalances. Pranic Healing aims to cleanse and energize the body’s energy field, promoting overall health and well-being by addressing the root energetic causes of these ailments. However, it should be used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments.

Q. Do you find people from all walks of life signing up for Pranic healing workshops?
A. Yes, people from all walks of life sign up for Pranic Healing workshops. Participants often include individuals seeking alternative and complementary healing methods, healthcare professionals interested in integrating energy healing into their practice, spiritual seekers, and those curious about holistic health. Workshops attract a diverse group, reflecting a wide range of ages, professions, and backgrounds, united by a common interest in enhancing well-being and exploring the potential of energy healing.

Q. Pranic Healing and  Yoga probably present vast learning areas. What do you specifically teach in Pranic healing classes?
In Pranic Healing classes, students typically learn:

1. Basic Concepts of Energy: Understanding prana (life force) and its role in healing.
2. Energy Anatomy: The structure and function of the body’s energy centers (chakras) and aura.
3. Scanning Techniques: How to feel or sense energy to diagnose imbalances.
4. Cleansing and Energizing: Methods to remove negative energy and replenish the body with fresh prana.
5. Self-Healing Practices: Techniques to heal oneself using prana.
6. Distant Healing: How to apply Pranic Healing principles remotely.
7. Meditation: Specifically, the Meditation on Twin Hearts to enhance spiritual development and increase prana.
8. Advanced Pranic Healing: Utilizing colored prana for more complex conditions.
9. Pranic Psychotherapy: Techniques to address psychological and emotional issues.

These classes offer both theoretical knowledge and practical applications to empower individuals to promote health and well-being in themselves and others.

Q.  Is it true that one has to change food habits to benefit from  Pranic healing?
A. While it is not strictly required to change food habits to benefit from Pranic Healing, many practitioners recommend dietary adjustments to enhance the healing process. A diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole foods can improve overall energy levels and support the body’s natural healing mechanisms. Avoiding heavy, processed, and energetically dense foods like meat, alcohol, and caffeine is often suggested to maintain a cleaner, higher vibration in the energy body. These changes can complement the effects of Pranic Healing and promote better physical and mental health.

Q.  You said it is a no–touch therapy. So, how does your typical healing session occur?

A. In a typical Pranic Healing session, the healer and the client do not make physical contact. Here’s how it generally unfolds:
1. Assessment: The healer begins by scanning the client’s energy field (aura) and energy centers (chakras) to identify any blockages or imbalances.

2. Cleansing: The healer uses sweeping motions with their hands to remove negative or stagnant energy from the client’s aura and chakras, effectively cleansing the energy field.

3. Energizing: The healer channels fresh prana (life force energy) into the cleansed areas, using specific techniques to direct this energy to where it is needed most.

4. Stabilizing: The healer ensures that the newly introduced prana is properly assimilated and stabilized within the client’s energy system to promote lasting healing.

5. Evaluation: The healer re-evaluates the client’s energy field to check for improvements and to ensure the energy is balanced.
Throughout the session, the client typically sits or lies down relaxed, and the healer works a few feet away, using focused intention and hand movements to manipulate the energy field. The process is non-invasive and often accompanied by a sense of calm and well-being.

Q. Please tell me how you utilized Pranic Healing to help people.
A . I use Pranic Healing for users seeking assistance. Through personalized responses and educational content, I aim to empower individuals with knowledge about this holistic healing modality. I directly administrate Pranic Healing & therapy sessions for my clients & patients. There are many ways that I use such as through counseling/talk shows/ media & conferences etc. I  support users in understanding its principles and potential applications for their well-being and personal growth. My idea is to use varied platforms to promote mental & spiritual wellness This in turn promotes physical well-being as well.

Q. How did you choose to follow the path as a pranic healer?
A . As early as was a teenager I have been meditating. Since my early years innocently I have been working with energy. My journey began with learning Twin Hearts Meditation for the first time. The trajectory of my life completely changed when I began taking therapy sessions for stress and ill health. This was the time when I realized that this is where I belong. Post which I began my journey with learning Pranic Healing to help others.
