WWE wrestler Glenn Jacobs, who passes by the ring name Kane, formally declared his application to wind up chairman of Knox County, Tenn., on Tuesday.
Jacobs, who as of now documented printed material naming a battle treasurer, made his run official in a declaration shot over Facebook Live.
