NEW DELHI | December 22, 2025 — As India’s electric vehicle (EV) market scales at an unprecedented rate, Gurugram-based deeptech startup Zipbolt Innovations has announced the launch of ZeFlash.App. This AI-powered EV battery diagnostics and safe-charging application is now live across 100+ CharjKaro-operated fast-charging stations in Delhi and Chandigarh, with active expansion underway in Dehradun, Agra, and other emerging EV hubs.
The deployment marks a strategic evolution in India’s EV infrastructure, transitioning from simple power delivery to integrated energy intelligence. By embedding automated, API-driven diagnostics directly into the charging process, Zipbolt is replacing traditional, time-consuming manual testing with real-time health monitoring.
Zipbolt is positioning charging stations as critical intelligence hubs rather than mere utility points. Integrated with Zipbolt’s AI-enabled DC fast chargers, the solution is purpose-built not only for high-end electric cars but also for the two- and three-wheeler segments that form the core of India’s EV transition.
Through the ZeFlash.App, users can access a Rapid Battery Diagnostic Report in just 20 minutes. This allows for the identification of early-stage faults, voltage irregularities, and potential thermal risks—all conducted simultaneously with the charging session without interrupting vehicle operations.
At the core of this ecosystem is ZipSure AI, Patent-applied IoT-enabled intelligence engine. By utilizing chemistry benchmarking and digital-twin models, ZipSure AI analyzes multi-signal data to shift EV maintenance from a reactive “repair” model to a predictive “prevention” model. This intelligence aims to significantly reduce breakdowns, recalls, and operational downtime for both individual users and large-scale fleets.
The rollout is executed in partnership with CharjKaro, focusing on high-usage urban corridors and battery-swap ecosystems to strengthen the safety and reliability of urban EV infrastructure at scale.
Zipbolt’s unified technology stack includes AI-Powered DC Fast Chargers optimized for LEVDC Type 6 & Type 7 standards, Real-time diagnostics via ZeFlash.App and BESS & AI Datacenter Lifecycle risk management through ZipSure AI.
Following its pre-seed funding in 2025 and selection into the MeitY Startups–RIIDL SAMRIDH Fund, Zipbolt is preparing for a $1 million Pre-Series A round in 2026. The company is targeting over 100,000 AI-enabled EVs on its platform by 2028, aligning with the national goal of 30% EV penetration by 2030. Key upcoming initiatives include UPI-based API integration and joining the Battery360 Alliance.
“India’s EV ecosystem needs intelligence where vehicles charge and operate—not after failures occur and breakdowns annoy drivers,” said Rohan Singh Bais, Founder & CEO of Zipbolt Innovations. “With ZeFlash.App and ZipSure AI, we’re enabling safer, smarter electric mobility at the city block level. As part of the MeitY–RIIDL SAMRIDH Fund, we are building the foundation for smarter, safer energy infrastructure.”
Founded in August 2021 by Rohan Singh Bais and Sonia Singh, Zipbolt Innovations is a DPIIT-recognized deeptech startup headquartered in Gurugram. The company deploys advanced AI ML and Patent-applied IoT platforms for the EV and energy storage sectors, with a mission to enable a zero-emission, circular EV economy through diagnostics, efficient reuse, and ESG-linked financing. Supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) through the RIIDL–SAMRIDH Fund, Zipbolt is scaling battery intelligence across India.
