6.Spoonbridge and Cherry
Spoonbridge and Cherry (1985-1988) is the task of Claes Oldenburg and his spouse Coosje van Bruggen. It’s development was taken out in a ship-building lawn in New England do to the length of the part, and the complexness of it’s manufacturing. The spoon weighs about 5800 pounds and the cherry weighs about 1200 pounds. The “cherry and spoon” is one of the most famous pieces of Minnesota Culture, and the trademark portion of the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.
