Prince George of Cambridge began his regal instruction decisively Thursday, touching base for his first day of school — with non-illustrious children.
He was joined by his dad the Duke of Cambridge. George’s pregnant mother, Duchess Kate of Cambridge, 35, was too sick with morning affliction to partake in the drop off.
The 4-year-old beneficiary (he’s third-in-line to the position of royalty) let Prince William convey his rucksack when he touched base at Thomas’ Battersea, the very much respected private day school over the River Thames a couple of miles from his family’s home in Kensington Palace in London.

George wore the school uniform: naval force shorts and sweater, long dark socks, and dark shoes.
