New Delhi, August 26: Bringing the rich culinary traditions of the United States to the capital, the India Office of Food Export USA, in collaboration with JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, has launched The Great American Table, a week-long gastronomic celebration showcasing the distinctive flavours of the American Midwest and Northeast. The special culinary promotion was inaugurated on Monday in the presence of senior officials from the U.S. Embassy, reaffirming the growing appreciation for American food products and regional cuisines among Indian consumers.
Hosted at K3, the hotel’s award-winning all-day dining restaurant, the festival will run until August 30, offering guests a specially curated menu for both lunch and dinner. The promotion highlights the diversity and versatility of premium American ingredients through a selection of iconic dishes inspired by the hearty culinary traditions of the Midwest and Northeast.
Guests can savour an indulgent spread featuring gourmet burgers, classic hot dogs, artisanal flatbreads, comforting soups, freshly baked pies and several other signature American favourites. The menu has been thoughtfully designed to showcase authentic flavours while celebrating the quality of ingredients sourced from the United States.
