Speaking to media, Mr Y. Rajeev Reddy CMD, CCHL, “Terrorism knows no borders, and neither does our resolve to combat it! The Country Club, with 2 million members, stands united with global leaders like PM Narendra Modi, Donald Trump, and Vladimir Putin in condemning terrorism in all its forms. We draw inspiration from our past initiatives, such as the ‘Ground Zero’ program featuring Sunil Dutt, where we condemned the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. We also recall the historic ‘Friendship Band’ endorsed by then PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, signed by 1 lac members, symbolizing our commitment to peace and harmony. Terrorism is a global menace that requires international cooperation to combat, and cross-border intelligence sharing is crucial in anticipating and preventing terrorist threats. Together, we can make a difference and promote peace and harmony.”
