“Covid gave us the time to think deeply about service design and scale. Goa became our natural headquarters, not just because of location, but because it allowed us to build a stable, people-first operation,” Advita explained.

Expanding the Ecosystem: Concierge and Commerce
Beyond hospitality, Indulge Concierge remains the company’s primary service vertical, offering bespoke travel planning, private event execution, exclusive access, and personal assistance through a global partner network.
The company has also launched Indulge Shop, a curated luxury commerce platform focusing on fine jewellery, watches, fashion accessories, home décor, and limited-edition collectibles.
