Police in Virginia have captured a man who was dressed as comic book reprobate the Joker and supposedly conveying a sword.

Winchester Police Department representative Jennifer Hall said in a news discharge that the division got a few 911 calls Friday evening revealing a man made up as Batman’s enemy. He was wearing a cape and conveying a sword.
