Not all superheroes wear capes. Actually, some have knapsacks on.

That was the situation for a bright Spider-Man cosplayer who conveyed some truly necessary euphoria to a couple of the youngsters influenced by the grievous Hurricane Harvey.

In an inspiring video posted on Twitter by Stef Manisero of Spectrum News in Austin, Spidey is seen engaging a gathering of children, giving them high-fives as they play with toys and lifting their spirits en route.
